These terms and conditions apply to the Bet Parwa platform and all its services. Bet Parwa is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

These terms have been written in Bengali so all Bangladeshi users can understand them with ease. However, in the event of any dispute, Bet Parwa's interpretation shall be considered final.

To open an account with Bet Parwa, you must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be a citizen or legal resident of Bangladesh
• Must have an active mobile number and a valid National ID
• Must be registering voluntarily and of sound mind

Each individual may only One account open. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. Bet Parwa reserves the right to close any account with incorrect information without prior verification.

Bet Parwa supports transactions via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Limit:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Daily Maximum Deposit: ৳1,00,000

Withdrawal limits:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳200
• Daily Maximum Withdrawal: ৳50,000
• Processing time: typically 30 minutes to 2 hours

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and the account must be registered in your own name.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Bet Parwa:

• Minimum Bet: ৳50
• Maximum single bet: determined per market
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• Odds may change during live betting and bets may be rejected

If a match is cancelled or suspended, the stake for that bet will be refunded. However, bets do not carry over to rescheduled matches.

In an accumulator bet, a single incorrect selection voids the entire bet. System bets allow for a partial win.

All bonuses and promotions at Bet Parwa come with specific terms. Please read the relevant conditions carefully before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus (100%):

• Up to ৳5,000 bonus on your first deposit
• A 5x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days
• Bonuses can only be used on odds of 1.50 or higher

Weekly Cashback:

• 10% cashback on net losses, paid every Monday
• No wagering requirements on cashback
• Maximum cashback: ৳2,000 per week

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bet Parwa:

• Participation in match-fixing or any manipulation of outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Placing bets using bots or automated systems
• Attempting to breach the platform's systems
• Using another person's account or stealing their information
• Operating an account under a false identity

Violations will result in account closure, full balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

Bet Parwa may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms
• Incomplete KYC verification
• Suspicious transactions or activity
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months)
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned after all pending bets have been settled.
